This European Business Position Paper represents the views of European businesses as communicated to the European ASEAN Business Centre in Thailand (EABC). Following its recent establishment in late November 2011, The EABC and its various organs, including forums and member companies have, through the EABC Working Groups, compiled the latest assessments, concerns and recommendations of European businesses operating in Thailand and across ASEAN.

European ASEAN Business Centre (EABC) has successfuly launch its first EABC Position Paper on Thursday, 28th June 2012.Hosted by the EABC President Mr Rolf-Dieter Daniel, the event was presided over by H.E. Ambassador David Lipman, the Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Thailand, and H.E. Mr. Kittiratt Na Ranong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance. Three hundred senior government representatives, diplomats and European and Thai business executives graced the event at the Centara Grand Hotel at Central World.
